Are you ready for an unforgettable week with us in Italy?
Join Kriszti VanSlyke and Luca Francia for a 7-night all inclusive retreat to recharge discovering beauty and pleasure starting from UNESCO site city of Naples, then diving deep into the countryside of Tuscany.
The itinerary of the whole week is designed to take you on a special journey with us that includes visiting some of our favorite places and it also allows you plenty of space for personal reflection and time for enjoying our private spa.
Regarding pleasure, each participant receives a complimentary transformational full-body massage with Adrienne, our favorite masseur. Our passionate wine-producer friend, Ursula will introduce you to an exquisite wine selection and our chef will prepare a mouth-watering meal to match it.
Discover our full program below that includes a visit to the Etruscan city of Perugia, meeting Marta waiving in a 13th century Franciscan church, an excursion to charming Cortona with aperitivo + dinner, olive harvest in our own garden, a Spirit walk, a special Halloween-Birthday celebration, dance, art and more.
All meals will be made with ingredients that are locally sourced, seasonal and organic. The menu will be custom-made according to the dietary preferences of the group participants. In case you have food allergies or sensitivities we are happy to adjust so do not let that hold you back.

What is included in your price:
7-night accommodation (2 nights in a 4-star hotel in the historic center of Naples & 5 nights with us at Terzo on the border of Umbria & Tuscany)
3 scrumptious meals a day (starting with dinner on Wednesday, October 27th in downtown Naples and ending with breakfast on Wednesday, November 3rd at Terzo, plus tea/coffee throughout the week
The full program that includes dance classes, group tours, art, birthday celebration, a Spirit walk, cultural discussions & exclusive use of the entire facility during your stay at Terzo
Free Spa use every day at Eclisse Private Spa with Infrared sauna, Turkish bath, hydromassage & treatment room
Each participant receives a complimentary 60-minute transformational full-body massage. Additional massage and treatments available for 90 Eu per hour throughout the week
2 days in Naples, guided tour by Napoli-lover Luca, visiting the historical city center and amazing sightseeing overlooking the gulf and Mount Vesuvius
A day to explore with us the medieval city of Perugia, one of our favorite places in Umbria

What is NOT included in your price:
Transportation from your Home to Italy
Transportation from the airport (in case you fly) to our hotel in Naples, however we can help you arrange shuttle, taxi etc. to and from your destination before and after the retreat
Alcohol, except welcome prosecco at Terzo & birthday celebration

Early bird: Book before January 15th, 2021 and you receive 500 Euro off the total price
Second deposit of 1,000 Euro due July 15th, 2021
Final deposit due September 30th, 2021
In case there is a global lockdown again where transportation and travel is prohibited, we will reschedule the retreat for October 2022. In case you are not able to make it, your deposit could be used for a prearranged personal spa getaway, it can be transferred to a friend or used as a deposit for any of the retreats offered at our retreat center.

Day #1 Wednesday, October 27th
Check in at the hotel in Naples from 3pm
Taking time to settle in, go out on an evening walk together. Dinner in the historic center.
Day #2 Thursday, October 28th
Breakfast at the hotel 8:30-9:30am
10am Excursion in Naples with lunch in the center, exploring the well-known gastronomia Napoletana. A visit to Castel Sant’Elmo and enjoying the breath-taking view of the bay of Naples. Resting time before dinner. Optional night walk.
Day #3 Friday, October 29th
Breakfast at the hotel 8:30-9:30am
10 am Departure to Terzo by private shuttle. Lunch on the way. Arrive at Terzo 2:30pm
Check in, settle down, ground and connect, get to know your Home for the week. Spa is open from 4pm. Massage is open for schedule at your convenience throughout the week.

Day #4 Saturday, October 30th
Breakfast 8:30-9:30am
Nia session with Kriszti 10am-12pm, optional morning walk, meditation, spa, massage
Free time 12-1pm

3:30 pm depart to Cortona by private shuttle, explore the charming city center
6:30pm meeting for aperitivo + dinner at a restaurant and back to Terzo by shuttle

Day of grounding and Pleasure at Terzo: your choice of activity, spa, massage, journaling, being in silence

Guided tour in the historic center of Perugia including a visit with Marta at The Giuditta Brozetti Museum in the first Franciscan church from the 13th century.
A quick stop at Luca’s favorite pastry shop and visiting Elena at GariArt a small shop of hand-crafted jewels and unique accessories.
Depart Perugia at 7pm

Day #7 Tuesday, November 2nd

Free time, spa, massage all day
11:30-1pm Optional olive harvest in our garden, visit an ancient olive mill, tasting fresh olive oil

Wine tasting with Ursula, who is the head of I Girasoli di Sant’Andrea-Cantina, a prestigious wine and olive oil producer of our valley
